The Hartleys Corporate Finance team comprises a dedicated team of nine experienced executives with diverse skills across banking, accounting, geology, mining, oil & gas, law, finance and management. The senior executives in Corporate Finance have more than 10 years of continuous employment at Hartleys, and are regarded as leaders in their fields.

Experience includes lead roles in a broad range of corporate advisory and equity capital market transactions for ASX listed resource, energy and industrial companies such as Atlas Iron, Riversdale Mining, Western Areas, Silver Lake Resources, Cash Converters, Decmil Group, Peninsula Energy, Jabiru Metals and MACA Limited, as well as large privatisations such as Alinta Gas Limited and Bank of Western Australia Limited.
