Dale Bryan

Director - Corporate Finance

Dale is a Director in Corporate Finance and has been a member of the Hartleys Corporate Finance team since 2004. During this time, Dale has provided strategic corporate advice to a number of Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) listed resource, energy and industrial clients, including originating and executing most types of corporate finance transactions. Such transaction include takeovers, acquisitions, divestments, secondary placements, initial public offerings, rights issues, share purchase plans and other forms of equity capital raisings.

In addition to advising ASX listed resource, energy and industrial companies, Dale has extensive experience in dealing with international financial markets including the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) and the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE). In 2009, Dale was a lead Australian advisor to the first primary dual listing of a JSE listed company on the ASX. In his time at Hartleys, Dale has also established strong professional relationships with national and international legal, accounting, stockbroking, funds management and industry professionals.

Prior to joining Hartleys in 2004, Dale was employed with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he worked with clients as diverse as Barrick Gold Corporation, National Australia Bank Limited and Ford Australia. Prior to joining PricewaterhouseCoopers, Dale worked in the Hong Kong branch of AXA China Region.

Dale holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance, Accounting and Applied Statistics) from Murdoch University.
