Scott is an Executive in Corporate Finance and has been a member of the Hartleys Corporate Finance team since 2009. During this time, Scott has assisted in providing strategic corporate advice in relation to equity capital market transactions, mergers, takeovers, divestments and acquisitions for a number of Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) listed resource, energy and industrial companies.

Prior to joining Hartleys in 2009, Scott was employed with HBK Capital Management in the Equity Finance team of the Hong Kong office. Prior to joining HBK Capital Management, Scott worked with Credit Suisse International in the Prime Services Equity Trading division in the London office. Whilst in these roles Scott specialised in equity finance trading with a focus on stock lending and synthetics to facilitate the leverage of assets across both European and Asian markets.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and has completed Chinese Mandarin language studies at the Shanghai Jiao Tong University in China. Scott is a member of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Society of Sydney.
