Hartleys has won the 2013 award for "Corporate Finance Team of the Year - Australia"
The awards are presented by Acquisition International at the 2013 Finance Awards and celebrate achievement, innovation and brilliance from an international perspective.

Hartleys finished the 2012 financial year with a net profit of $9.6 million, "easily outperforming harder-hit rivals who either recorded steep earnings falls or finished in the red". Hartleys was almost alone in lifting revenues, thanks to increased fees from corporate advisory work, deal-making and capital raisings.
Hartleys won the award for "Best Corporate Deal" at the 20th annual Stockbrokers Awards Charity Dinner in June 2013, in recognition of the successful placement of shares in Sirius Resources NL.
Hartleys was recently recognised as Corporate Desk of the Year at the inaugural Australasian Securities Dealers Association (ASDA) Capital Markets Awards.
In a transaction in respect of which Hartleys advised, YTC Resources Limited won the award for "Best Small Cap Deal"
